Come to Maul-o-Ween dressed in your spookiest, silliest, and most creative costume for a chance to win some amazing prizes!

Our costume contest has something for everyone, with three categories: Adults, Kids, and Dogs.

Entry is free and first prize in the adult category is $75 cash! Additional prizes include $35 for second place and a gift bag with local treats for third. The top three winners in the Kids and Dogs categories will also receive special goodie bags!

The costume contest will take place during the intermission of our Maul-O-Ween wrestling match around 4pm.

Want to clean out your costume collection and find some new treasures? Rebus Works is hosting a Halloween season costume reuse event this October as an affordable and sustainable way to revamp your witchy wardrobe!

You can participate by dropping off your gently used costumes and funky accessories to Rebus Works anytime between the 18th and 25th of October in exchange for a free cup of drip coffee! Visit us on October 25th from 10am-3pm to browse through all of the donated kids and adult costumes, and find some unique pieces to add to your Halloween get-up this year!

This event is free and open to the public.

Show off your pumpkin carving skills this year at Rebus Works’ Pumpkin Carving Contest!

For just $15, contest participants will receive one pumpkin to take home and carve, plus entry into the competition to win up to $50 cash prize (or bring your own pumpkin, and it’s just $10 for entry). Pumpkins will be available for purchase at Rebus Works beginning Sunday, October 18th until our October 31st Halloween festival, where the contest winners will be announced.

We will even have an on-site pumpkin carving station at the festival if you would rather purchase and carve your pumpkin on the day of the event!

The contest will take place during the Gouge Wrestling intermission at around 4pm.

All contestants can participate in the neighborhood tradition of placing carved pumpkins on the Boylan Bridge!

Why should kids have all the fun on Halloween?! This adult-oriented trunk-or-treat event is the perfect opportunity for you to treat yourself this October 31st. Rebus Works has partnered with some of our favorite THC brands who will be handing out free samples of their most popular hemp products (along with some classic Halloween candy for the little ones) from the trunks of classic cars provided by CAFFEINE & MACHINES. Bring your own bag to fill as you stroll from car to car and don’t forget to stop by the vendor’s tents to purchase more of your favorite products!

This event will run for the duration of our Halloween festival, from 12pm-5pm on October 31st, but we recommend arriving early for the best selection of treats!
