BIOKULT – Grüner Veltliner /Demeter Biodynamic Certified- 2019- Austria

This Grüner Veltliner’s aromatic nose suggests arugula, lime and ripe lemon. The palate is juicy and easy, with lots of pear fruit and more fresh lemon. A summer wine par excellence with a refreshing, dry finish. Pairs well with gouda and brie cheese,appetizers, fish and Asian food.

BIOKULT – Naken/ Demeter Biodynamic Certified- Austria

Delicate orange-rosé color with good tannic structure and creamy body style. Tart acidity and bright citrus flavors combine for an energetic glass dripping with juicy grape goodness. This wine is unfiltered and may contain natural sediments. Pairs well with fish, pasta, rice and poultry dishes.

Inkarri Estate Red Blend-Argentina

Tons of blueberries and elderberries in this powerful and fleshy wine, which has a solid, tannic base, but no hint of hardness. A blend of 74% tannat, 19% syrah, 5% cabernet franc and 2% Malbec. Pairs well with Grilled meats, game and mature Cheeses.

Inkarri Winemakerʼs Reserve Malbec- 2017-Argentina

Violets, blackberries and a hint of herbs make this a very expressive and fresh Malbec. Powerful with a crisp finish. Pairs well with Grilled meats, Game and mature Cheeses.

Les Hauts Bordeaux White-2019-France

This is a delicious, ripe wine that is packed with apricot, apple and pear fruits. It is tangy and freshly fruity. The bright, rich fruit continues right through this wine that is ready to drink now. Pairs well with vegetables, oysters, seafood, salmon and mild cheeses (goat cheese).

Les Hauts Bordeaux Red -2018-France

Attractive structured tannins and red fruits give this wine a good start in life. With the acidity, the dusty structure and the perfumed aftertaste, the wine will develop well. Pairs well with strong cheeses (blue cheese), red meat, poultry and pasta dishes.

Pizzolato Pinot Grigo-2019-Italy

Yellow color. Citrusy aromas of citron sorbet, sweet almond, and candied oranges with a satiny, crisp, dryish light body and a smooth, breezy pears and Turkish delight finish with no oak flavor. A juicy, fresh and silky pinot grigio. Pairs well with vegetable dips, cooked vegetables and fresh cheeses such as Burrata, Buffalo Mozzarella, Brie and Ricotta.

Pizzolato Cabernet NSA 2019-Italy

Aromas of roasted green pepper, toffee, and craisin chutney with a supple, dryish medium body and a tangy pomegranate, black pepper and toasted cedar accented finish. A nice savory table wine. Pairs well with pepper steak or fajitas, Roquefort and Requeijao cheeses and game.

Tarantas Monastrell-Spain

Bright dark ruby black color. Fruity, woody earthy aromas of wine gums (grape gummy bears), ripe black cherries, dried violets, and blond tobacco with a crisp, dryish full body and a warming, complex, medium-length finish with chewy, earthy, fine tannins and light oak. Pairs well with salads, grilled vegetables and meats, rice and pasta, as well as cured Spanish cheeses and Tapas.

Vertvs Tempranillo Young 2018- Spain

Deep ruby color with a brick rim. Blackberry, leather and olive aromas and flavors on adryish medium body with a soft, herbal, cherry vinaigrette and wet cedar accentedfinish. Nice Old-World character for sipping and especially for the table. Pairs well withgame, Spanish cheese, Mediterranean vegetables, Spanish tapas and pasta with redsauce.

Koyle Costa la Flor Sauvignon Blanc -Chile

Straw green color. Ruhlmann Pinot Blanc- France

Echeverria Gran Reserva Carmenere -Chile

This Carmenère combines intense aromas of ripe cherries and blackberries, with hints of red bell pepper, dried fruit and spices. Smooth and full-bodied, it has a round and delicate mouthful due to 12 months oak barrel aging. Pairs well with spicy, flavorsome foods, including curry, Mexican or rich Asian dishes and roasted dark meats

Echeverria Gran Reserva Cabernet -Chile

Intense aromas of red cherries and black pepper with a smoky, earthy background. In the mouth this is a medium-bodies wine with fresh mellow tannins, and lingering notes of eucalyptus. Pairs well with charcuterie, roasted vegetables or anything in a rich tomato sauce.

Larchago Tempranillo -Rioja, Spain

Larchago Crianza -Rioja, Spain

Oregon Trails Pinot Noir-Willamette Valley
