Eggs and New Potatoes! Local sustainable small farm. CSA Pick up start up bakery focusing on artisanal breads, pastries, and cakes using locally sourced ingredients when possible. There are no shortcuts with this baking: fresh butter, sugars, flours, fruits and nuts are used within each full-flavored, delicious bite. Local to the Raleigh restaurant and bakery scene, Amy worked as a baker at Simple Pleasures and as pastry chef at Wicked Smile, The Black Marlin, and Second Empire. Melissa is a bread baker who has trained in France and England. Currently looking for a food truck, Ginger is now selling items online and in markets. Market offerings include: cumin & Gruyere cheese bread, brioche, Jalapeño & cheddar cheese boule, soft pretzels; mini praline bundt cakes, carrot cake whoopie pies, strawberry swirled cheesecakes, brown butter chocolate chip cookies, chocolate iced cake doughnuts, and so much more. Line of signature BBQ sauces and all-purpose dry rubs. Sauces are twist on traditional BBQ sauce with some unique seasonings and spice levels. Core ingredient of sauces is their all-purpose dry rubs which are great with beef, pork, any bird, or vegetable. Whether you are in your kitchen, backyard grilling or smoking, our sauces and rubs are the perfect flavor compliment by not overpowering natural flavor of meat or vegetables.
