As owners and operators, they enjoy working in a family atmosphere with their kids. There is always laughter, jokes, and some major taste testing going on. Though their specialty is Chick-N-Que, they do offer a variety of food options upon your request. Crispy Gyoza food truck has been serving authentic gyoza for your snack or supper since 2015. Gyoza means dumpling in Japanese and is one of the most popular comfort foods in Japan. It goes especially well with beer, so they usually serve their gyoza at breweries or bottle shops around Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. They take pride in making gyoza with their authentic recipes. The gyoza contain a variety of vegetables and other natural ingredients to create phenomenal flavor. You can enjoy the authentic taste on a street corner here in North Carolina, without buying an air ticket to Japan. "Always Cooked-to-Order" is their promise.
