Recipe | Slow Roasted Tomatoes
Inspired by Ingredients Found at the Saturday Market
Perfect use for all those wonderful tomatoes - You can use these roasted tomatoes to make bruschetta, tomato sauce for pasta, dipping sauces...possibilities are endless!
garden fresh tomatoes, sliced in smallish pieces
fresh herbs (thyme and basil)
Preheat oven to 200 degree F. Arrange tomatoes on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and add fresh herbs from your garden (thyme and basil do the trick). Roast 4 hours or until done.
