Second Saturday Brunch- Farmers Market Tasting
August 9 from 10-12:30pmThe Saturday Market at Rebus Works is proud to announce a Second Saturday Brunch prepared by Chef Hamm and featuring many of our farmers eggs, meats, breads and produce. CoOterville Farms, Double T Farm, Tiny Farm Raleigh and Moonflour Bakery will be providing all the food for this feast. All food is local source and you can actually talk to the folks who grow and raise what you'll be eating. A little about Chef Hamm: Now 20 years after entering into the industry, I have continued to grow my passion for Culinary Arts and Education. I taught Culinary Arts at Lee County High School for 12 years then entered the college level of instruction in 2011 with Central Carolina Community College. I am now department Chair for Hospitality and Culinary Art and the Natural Chef Certification program. These programs allow me the ability to continually grow my experience as a Chef and help to inspire those who share the same goals and dreams. Chef Hamm is also owner of Cafe 121 Sanford, Cafe 121 Cary and soon to open P.G. Werth's in downtown Raleigh.
