Stop Motion Animation

Stop Motion Animation

for ages 10 - 13

Stop motion is a powerful animation technique that makes static objects appear to be moving. Creating stop motion draws attention to placement, framing, direction and speed of movement. There are many types of stop motion techniques, in both 2-D and 3-D media, such as: hand drawing, cut-paper, sand, Claymation and found objects. Dive into the excitement of creating your own animations in an environment that builds imagination, collaboration, and patience. At the close of camp we will have a screening party to show off our completed films. (+ $15 supply fee)
